Act as the primary local point of contact across functions (HR, IT, Facilities, and management), ensuring smooth day to day operations. Support onboarding, engagement, and well being of employees at the site, helping to build a strong sense of community as the site scales. Partner with global stakeholders and leadership to align the site with company goals, values, and standards.
