We are hiring Backend Engineer AI Engineer AI Agent Developer for the position based in UK or Sweden (Remote-first with flexibility).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer to remove workplace friction by enabling users to work effortlessly, securely, and anywhere. Additionally, you will help upskill IT teams on AI fluency and foster a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge.

Required Experience/Competences

• 7 to 8 years of Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing AI agentic systems, MCP servers, and related AI tools.
• Skilled in identity authentication and authorization integrations supporting standards like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Proficient in Java and Go programming languages.
• Enjoy working in collaborative, fast-learning environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and co-creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and make informed technical decisions.
• Solid understanding of ITOM processes and event-driven automation.
