Summary of This Role

An exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team within Global Payments, focused on driving revenue from our existing customer base.

We're looking for a target driven sales professional who thrives on upselling, cross selling, and closing deals over the phone. This role is focused on unlocking value within an existing customer base-not cold calling or prospecting for potential pipeline.

You'll work with warm customers to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and convert sales, playing a key role in driving business growth.

What Part Will You Play?
  • Proactively contact existing customers to identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Deliver compelling product pitches and proposals
  • Cross sell and upsell payment solutions to maximise account value
  • Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships while maintaining a clear focus on revenue generation
  • Accurately manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM
  • Stay up to date with products, pricing, and payments industry trends

Success is measured on revenue generated, conversion rates, and KPI performance.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or revenue growth roles
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong closing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness
  • Confident selling over the phone in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Experience in upselling, cross selling, or retention sales highly desirable
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by earnings and performance
