Back End Developer

This is what you are going to do

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications. While the role leans toward backend development , you will work across the full stack with modern tools and technologies.

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain backend functionality using Golang.
• Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript.
• Work with Python and MarkLogic where relevant (nice to have).
• Write clean, maintainable, and stable code supported by high-quality unit tests.

Tooling & Infrastructure

• Work with modern development tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, npm, skaffold, and Helm.
• Manage and optimize containerized applications.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, architecture clarity, and code reliability.

Security & Integration

• Apply IT security best practices in all development work.
• Ensure seamless connectivity with other applications and services.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Serve as an example in coding approach, documentation, and team collaboration.

You bring this

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang (backend focus).
• Experienced with React and TypeScript (frontend).
• Experience with Docker and modern application development practices.
• Familiarity with MarkLogic and Python is a plus.
• Skilled in writing smart, stable, and reusable unit tests.
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals.
• Comfortable adopting and learning new technologies.

Personal Skills

• Analytical, precise, and ideally educated in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Pure hands-on developer (this is not a managerial role).
• Able to join and strengthen an existing team working on complex systems.
