- Support sales functions to deliver projects on time, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Ricoh's offerings, undertaking various projects to provide insights and foster innovation.
- Develop new relationships through outbound sales, social selling, and other methods to maximize opportunities.
- Communicate consultatively to identify opportunities, provide solutions, and ensure proper allocation to relevant experts.
- Maintain and improve the Ricoh CRM with up-to-date customer information, and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Track and report all sales activities accurately in the Sales Lead Tracker.
- GCSE English and Maths at Level 4/Grade C preferred
- At least 2 A Levels at Grade 3 or above
- Eager to learn and committed to professional development
- Effective communicator and relationship builder
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Influential with strong analytical skills
