B2B Customer Support & Solutions Specialist

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Support Centre in Darlington Head Office. You will manage high volumes of customer interactions by phone, email and web chat, ensuring timely, accurate information and first-class service.
