About The RoleAs the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the CRM strategy for Dyson Professional (B2B), driving prospects and customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. You will deliver consistent lifecycle and tactical email marketing campaigns, that are impactful and scalable across multiple B2B markets.
The importance of customer data is vital for the effectiveness and efficiency of this role; therefore, you will be the go-to expert in data governance; including areas such as data quality, data accuracy, data enrichment and GDPR and privacy.
You will also be responsible for providing the sales teams with the insights and functionality globally to self-serve, and to provide them with the most engaged prospects at the right time in their journey, through automation, and internal stakeholder engagement, through regular meetings and relevant training.
You will:
- Lead global CRM strategy and campaign execution for all Dyson Professional (B2B) markets.
- Deliver best practice group and market onboarding, lifecycle and tactical email marketing campaigns to support marketing and sales colleagues.
- Run reports in Salesforce to pull data in line with segmentation requirements for campaign targeting.
- Building of email templates in MJML and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and localising these globally for all markets.
- Set up of behavioural, triggered email journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Work with commercial and creative teams globally to ensure alignment with campaigns and latest claims.
- Be Dyson Professional's GDPR and data governance lead, ensuring data quality and compliance
- Adopt a test and learn approach with all email activity and identify opportunities to optimise and scale.
- Provide markets and Group with both reporting and analysis into campaign performance, demonstrating CRM attribution to lead conversion and sales opportunities
- Regular communications between key stakeholders at all levels of the business. Be an advocate for Dyson Professional, leading on the creation of briefs and business cases for the development of new creative assets to support CRM initiatives.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
You will have hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns and demonstrated experience using email marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Hubspot or similar.
Your knowledge of email design process and some basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is expected.
- You are detail-orientated with thorough understanding of email analytics, reporting and how this can be used to optimise performance.
- Familiar with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Possess the ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships globally and cross-functionally, championing CRM best practices and to drive adoption.
- You are highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrable skills in idea and content generation and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong data segmentation and data governance experience, with knowledge of GDPR/privacy best practices.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with experience in scaling campaigns.
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
