Azure DevOps Engineer - Support, Training, Pipeline Config

Our Global Enterprise client is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 160 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £306 p/d (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £348 p/d (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Derby

NOTE: Active SC Clearance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Setup & Training incl creation of Azure DevOps (ADO) Knowledge Base articles on Service Now.

Technical Skills:

• ADO Support Provision.
• BAU activities.
• Discovery and Documentation of Existing Environment and Configuration.
• High level Base Training & Enablement for ADO Concepts.
• Support of ADO Tool. (Updates, Patching and Security fixes)
• Support of ADO operational usage.(Configuring Pipelines, resolving tickets and queries)
• Issue Log and Knowledge Article Creation.
• Quarterly Ticket Volume Analysis.

Soft Skills:

• A strong desire to help others by sharing knowledge, peer reviewing, and contributing to technical and process standards.
• Work well within a team, report issues and risks, take part in team meetings, share ideas and work towards improving our service.
• Excellent written & verbal communication with customers to understand and to influence.
