Azure Analytics

We are seeking a Master Data Analyst with strong experience in Azure Analytics to support the development of data products within our Analytics platform. This role will focus on ensuring that Master Data components are properly integrated into ongoing projects, contributing to the creation of a single source of truth for Master Data across the platform.

You will serve as the Master Data Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Data & Analytics (D&A) program, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, consistency, and reusability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the development lifecycle of Azure-based data products, ensuring Master Data components are included and visible in project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather data requirements and perform functional and technical analysis of Master Data use cases.
• Promote reusability of Master Data assets across the Analytics workspace to minimize duplication and inconsistency.
• Contribute to the establishment and governance of a single source of truth for Master Data in Azure.
• Support backlog recovery by identifying and addressing existing data products using inconsistent or alternative Master Data sources.
• Act as the primary contact for Master Data topics within the D&A program, liaising with the Tech Master Data Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Azure Analytics (either as a developer or a technically skilled analyst).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
• Experience with SAP systems and data integration.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and/or SAP BW.
• Solid understanding of data governance and Master Data Management concepts.
• Experience working in project teams, participating in planning, cross-functional discussions, and collaborative meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or maintaining a Master Data Management framework.
• Background in enterprise-scale analytics or data platform projects.
• Agile or hybrid project methodology exposure.
