Role Summary

We're on the hunt for a Manager to join our Business Tax team. In this client facing role, you'll lead and assist in tax advisory projects, handle complex tax queries, and manage a portfolio of large clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax advisory projects.
• Handle complex tax queries.
• Manage a portfolio of large clients.
• Work on corporate restructuring, R&D tax relief, international matters, venture capital tax reliefs, share schemes and valuations, and corporate acquisitions and disposals.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
