SummaryWe are seeking an experienced leader for the role of Area Vice President (AVP), Sales - Agentforce. This role requires a strong technical background, expertise in AI-driven solutions, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and leverage cutting-edge technology to transform customer engagement through Salesforce's Agentforce platform.
Core Responsibilities- Define and communicate a compelling vision for Agentforce that exceeds targets.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and significant revenue growth.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships, focusing on strategic accounts.
- Manage strategic and operational planning.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of execution, strategic account nurturing, and high retention.
- Drive and close complex, strategic deals.
- Identify new market opportunities and channels.
- Collaborate across functions to maximize resources and align strategies.
- Develop future sales talent and promote a growth-oriented environment.
- Leadership experience in strategic or industry sales, preferably in a matrixed environment.
