AVP Renewals, Data & App Security (EMEA) - Remote

Thales Group is seeking an Associate Vice President, Renewals Sales for Data Security & Application Security (EMEA). Based in the UK or remotely across EMEA, the AVP will drive renewal revenue, retention, and forecasting, coaching a team of Renewal Sales Managers and Specialists.

Travel to customer engagements and leadership meetings will be required. The role emphasizes executive negotiations, renewal governance, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Product Management to maximize
