Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Hours: 40 hour week - Flexitime

The Role

As a Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for designing and specifying AV, lighting, and network systems for luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design audio-visual and lighting systems for luxury residential and commercial projects
• Produce schematics, elevations, and cable schedules
• Support senior designers with project documentation and design updates
• Conduct site visits and surveys
• Update and manage details within estimating software
• Liaise closely with the sales, project, and engineering teams to deliver detailed design solutions

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years' experience in AV design
• Strong working knowledge of design systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Experience producing schematics and technical drawings
• Familiar with lighting design and multi-room AV systems
• Knowledge of control and networking systems such as Ruckus, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
• Knowledge of AV & Lighting systems such as Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Rako
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Package

• The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
• 5% discretionary annual bonus (paid quarterly)
