Job Description
AV Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced AV Manager. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the AV team and deliver bespoke broadcast strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with team leads, acting as a point of contact for internal client teams.
  • Provide clear TV, VOD, YouTube, and sponsorship recommendations, reports and campaign analysis.
  • Control overall performance of TV and video campaigns, ensuring delivery against core deals, audit criteria, recce positions and finance.
  • Support team members with day to day activities and development, demonstrating best practice in monitoring campaigns and meeting required metrics.
  • Forge strong relationships with media owners, using negotiation skills to deliver value for clients and secure competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the development of direct reports.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Prior broadcast/TV buying experience.
  • Experience buying TV and online video for a variety of clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
  • Excellent numeracy, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to challenge colleagues and clients constructively.
  • Ability to brief and manage media owners.
  • Team working attitude.
  • Capacity to think beyond the TV spot.
