AV Manager

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team in delivering innovative solutions that meet client objectives while aligning with our business goals and financial targets.
Job Description:
Role Purpose: To ensure the highest quality in all AV output, working with your Associate Director to identify continuous improvements in our AV products for better client performance. Additionally, to ensure that wider trading and business goals are met, and your team is developed and progressing in line with their career aspirations.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop plans and forecasts for clients within the DAN North portfolio.
- Utilize all AV planning tools efficiently to deliver engaging and innovative solutions.
- Support the senior team in developing top-tier AV strategies.
- Manage all aspects of AV for multiple accounts and ensure quality control within your team.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the AV marketplace to anticipate opportunities and threats.
- Ensure AV trading agreements meet defined parameters and targets.
- Drive partnerships that deliver strong business results.
- Understand and influence the business's commercial strategies, plans, clients, and media owners.
- Build strong relationships with clients and media owners to better understand their motivations and needs.
- Proactively manage, motivate, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and development plans.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
