Job Description

I'm partnering with a major Irish insurer to hire an In House Motor Engineer to join their Claims Vendor Management Team. This is a permanent role with strong benefits, a supportive culture, and the chance to influence how motor claims are handled nationwide.

This is a desktop based role, no road work, where you'll use your hands on repair knowledge to guide decisions, challenge repair costs, and ensure claims progress smoothly.

You'll also play a key part in managing and auditing the insurer's repair network and motor service providers, helping to drive quality, value, and continuous improvement.

  • Attending quarterly review meetings with key vendors.
  • Working with the Motor Service Provider Co ordinator to audit repairers and assess partners.
  • Delivering training to Claims Handlers where processes can be improved.
