Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00

Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00 (1-in-3, Paid as Overtime)

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our aftersales department. You will be responsible for:

• Managing the customer journey from initial booking to vehicle handover.
• Explaining technical repairs and maintenance requirements clearly to customers.
• Upselling additional products and services (such as service plans and accessories).
• Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure all work is completed on time.
• Maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional communication.
