Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Care & Upsell Expert

Lookers Limited, Newcastle Audi, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Newcastle. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranties, and upselling parts to customers. You will work with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage a high volume of inquiries.

You will report to the Aftersales manager and benefit from in-house training and opportunities for progression within a busy dealership environment.
