Automotive Parts Specialist - Aftersales Growth Path

Silcom Recruitment is partnering with a reputable dealership in Worthing to hire an experienced Parts Advisor. You will help customers identify exact part needs, advise on suitable parts, and process orders with accuracy within a busy aftersales team.

Package includes a basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE up to £29,000, plus 1-in-2 Saturdays paid as overtime, weekday hours 7:30am-5:30pm, and a profit-share scheme linked to gross profit of the Parts Department.
