Fusion People is recruiting experienced Paint Preppers to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Magherafelt area. As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles and components for the painting process, including surface preparation and shot blasting. The role offers both temp-to-perm and ongoing contract opportunities. Candidates should have previous experience in paint prepping or shot blasting, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high quality standards. Competitive hourly rates are available.
