Automotive Operations Assistant (1-Year Contract)

Location: Alexandra / Kampong Arang

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Alternate Sat 9am-1pm

Looking to work around cars and gain exposure in a premium automotive environment? If you enjoy hands on work and operations, this role is a great entry point into the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Be part of the team supporting showroom operations and vehicle readiness:

• Coordinate car arrivals, movement, and showroom display
• Perform basic vehicle checks & inspections
• Ensure cars meet display and delivery standards
• Liaise with vendors for grooming, repairs, and servicing
• Assist with vehicle preparation for customers
• Handle admin tasks (purchase orders, road tax, number plates, etc.)
• Support showroom readiness for audits and events

What We're Looking For

• Possess Class 3 driving license (must have)
