Job Description

ArvatoConnect in Swansea is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers through automotive finance journeys, handling inquiries, settlements and aftersales. Training runs on-site from 23 November 2026 to 12 February 2027, after which you will move to a hybrid model with at least 2 days on-site.

Experience in finance not required; full training will be provided in a regulated environment, focusing on accurate information, excellent communication, and fair customer outcomes.
