Automation Test Lead - Hybrid (2-3 days) & Growth

We are working with a leading company that is currently looking to hire a new Automation Test Lead. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance function across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

This is a new, permanent role with benefits with a leading energy company that will provide a good salary and full benefits package. They work in hybrid, 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remotely, based in the city centre.

Primary Duties

• Define and own the overall test strategy, approach, and framework across all projects.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of test automation across the team
• Contribute actively to project planning, implementation discussions, and delivery governance.

Requirements

• Experience in automation and manual testing
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
