Audit Manager/Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise and mentor audit teams, conduct appraisals, support career development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as main point of contact
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK auditing standards (FRS 102, ISA, etc.)
• Oversee WIP, billing, and engagement budgets
• Support business development through proposals, pitches, and expanding client services
• Ensure quality, risk management, and adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements

As a Audit Manager/Senior Manager you will be/have:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Over 3 years' post-qualified experience
• Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
