Audit Manager Partner Designate

Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Audit Manager or Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Southampton.

Perfect for an ACA/ ACCA Audit Manager looking for the next step up in their career towards becoming Director/ Partner.

Will be managing an impressive and varied client portfolio, involving a mixture of audit, accounts and interesting business advisory work.

This opportunity offers a genuine pathway and mentorship programme to Director and Equity Partner for the right individual.

The Role:

Managing a varied portfolio of clients
Managing, planning and reviewing external audits
Review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102
Managing & mentoring teams of junior staff
Providing assistance with technical queries
Performing billing management
Business advisory work
Assisting in business development
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

You:

ACA/ ACCA Qualified + Post qualified experience.
Experienced of managing audits.
Excellent working knowledge of FRS102
Management experience
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
