Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Ownership: Manage a varied client portfolio, oversee complete audit engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Technical & Technology Focus: Utilize audit technology, automation, and data analytics while ensuring adherence to IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for growth, assist with tenders and proposals, and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
  • People Development & Culture: Mentor audit managers, encourage collaboration and innovation, and enhance audit quality.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • At least two years of experience as an Audit Senior Manager in a reputable firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and achieve results.
  • Proficient in using audit software, automation, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
