Audit and Assurance Partner

Profectus Recruitment is partnering with a respected, globally active organisation to appoint an experienced Audit Business Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional looking to operate in a visible, value-adding role. You will lead risk-based internal audits across operational, financial and strategic areas, assessing the effectiveness of governance frameworks and internal controls.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering pragmatic recommendations that enhance risk management, strengthen compliance, and improve operational performance. You'll also contribute to strategic projects and use data-driven insight to identify trends and emerging risks across an international footprint.

Hybrid working - 2 days a week on-site in Maidenhead

About You

• Professionally qualified (CMIIA, ACA, ACCA, CertIRM) or actively studying
• Experience delivering operational, financial and/or strategic risk reviews
• Strong understanding of risk and assurance frameworks
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate findings into clear actions
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior leadership
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
