Audit & Accounts Manager or Senior Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients from a broad range of industry sectors, working with Directors.
• Lead the audit process from planning through completion, ensuring appropriate staff levels and resource allocation for each assignment.
• Review year end accounts prepared by team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards before delivery to clients.
• Contribute to day to day management and training of trainee and senior staff, including staff reviews for continuous development.
• Participate in business development activities, presenting to new and existing clients with the aim of winning new business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Extensive audit experience from an established practice background.
• Previous staff management experience.
