Auctions Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing - Fully Remote

£40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

A specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Auction Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis.

This role is not suitable for general conveyancers or solicitors with only occasional auction exposure. Extensive, hands on experience in auction transactions is essential and applicants must be qualified.

• Managing a full caseload of auction property matters from instruction through to post completion

• Advising on pre auction legal packs, title issues, special conditions and risk

• Acting on tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence

• Working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

• Extensive, demonstrable experience in auction work

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and auction specific issues

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines

• Excellent communication skills with clients, agents and auction houses
