️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️

• Proven experience as a functional consultant with expertise in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Jira and Confluence to meet client needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in Atlassian products are a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions using Jira and Confluence.
• Configure and customize Jira and Confluence to optimize project workflows and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of Atlassian tools.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence users.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and follow up on project progress to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest Atlassian features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
