ATE Underwriting Director: Strategy & Growth Leader

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is retained to appoint an Underwriting Director to lead the ATE underwriting function in a senior leadership capacity.

This role focuses on setting direction, leading people, and steering growth and structural change within the underwriting team. The successful candidate will own the ATE underwriting strategy and results, build capability, and manage capacity providers, ensuring governance and controls keep pace with growth.
