ATE & Risk Transfer Specialist

Structure risk coverage (ATE insurance, guarantees, transfer products) for Litigation Bridge Capital operations, eliminating residual risk of adverse costs and procedural contingencies.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Design and negotiate ATE (After The Event) policies for each funded operation.
• Assess adverse cost risks and procedural contingencies in each jurisdiction.
• Manage relationships with insurers specialized in litigation risk.
• Structure risk transfer products for complex operations.
• Advise the team on risk structure optimization for each case.

Required Profile - Who You Are:

• You are a specialist in litigation insurance, former ATE underwriter, or former risk manager at a litigation finance fund.
• You are proficient in the litigation insurance market (UK, Europe, international).
• You have structured coverage for operations exceeding €10M.
• You understand procedural law and costs across multiple jurisdictions.
