Associate/Senior Associate - Non-Contentious Construction - Bristol - Hybrid

A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded and fast-growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects across sectors including infrastructure, housing, healthcare, and public sector developments, gaining exposure to high value and complex work from the outset.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a large, nationally recognised team, advising a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, and public bodies. The role offers excellent career progression, hands on experience, and the chance to contribute to impactful projects shaping communities across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreements
• Advising on professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentation
• Managing transactional matters from instruction through to completion
• Providing commercially focused advice on risk allocation and project structuring

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience, excellent drafting skills, and a proactive, solutions driven mindset.
