Job Description
Overview 
Associate UK Payroll Specialist - hybrid role (Andover, Hampshire office attendance required three times per month). You will work with multinational clients, gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, manual calculations, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement, with full training provided.
Responsibilities- Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently.
- Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
- Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies.
- Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary.
- Be involved in process improvement.
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
