Associate Systems Administrator

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global technology business for an Associate Systems Administrator to join its Dublin-based IT Systems team.

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their career within a global environment, working across systems administration, endpoint management, IAM, networking and security.

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Administer identity platforms such as Okta/OneLogin Support Microsoft Intune/Jamf and endpoint management
• Helpdesk support
• Assist with software deployments, patching and OS updates
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and Firewall issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack
• Manage user joiner/mover/leaver processes and access controls
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles
• Assist with office networking, AV and infrastructure
• Participate in an on-call rotation when required

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will have the following experience:

Experience with IAM ( Okta or OneLogin)
Familiarity with Intune or Jamf
Experience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack
Basic enterprise networking and troubleshooting knowledge
Strong documentation and communication skills
Commerical experience in IT support/systems administration
