Location: Midlands (Hybrid)Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Our client is a long-established UK business operating across logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing, with a strong reputation for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a dynamic early-career supply chain professional-ideal for someone coming off a graduate scheme or in their first/second role.

You will support:

• Commercial bid activity - preparing information, coordinating inputs, and assisting the Bid Manager.
• Operational delivery - supporting senior leaders with planning, tracking, and analysing supply chain performance.
• Back-office support - handling data, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

• 1-2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong communicator, analytical mindset, comfortable working with data.
• Someone ambitious, proactive, and ready to build consulting-style skills.

This role gives you exposure to both commercial and operational sides of supply chain, working with experienced leaders and gaining structured development in a respected UK organisation.
