This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housing Team Associate. The role is based in London Bridge, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include managing housing-related legal matters, liaising with clients, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting legal proceedings. The associate will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide excellent client service while collaborating with team members.

• Knowledge of housing law
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
• Excellent client communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
• Organisational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• A law degree or equivalent experience in housing and property law
• Previous experience in a legal or client-focused role is an advantage
