Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll turn strategy into action, driving programme excellence and ensuring sustainable business outcomes.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex, enterprise-wide programmes from inception through to successful delivery.
- Drive governance, risk management, resource planning and programme performance.
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and achieve strategic objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Deliver measurable business benefits through effective programme management and change leadership.
- Champion innovation and identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and ways of working.
- Significant experience leading large-scale programmes or portfolios within a complex, matrix environment.
- Track record of delivering strategic change, business transformation, technology or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Expertise in programme governance, risk management, budgeting and delivery planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving capabilities.
- Passion for developing high performing teams and driving business success.
