Performance Analysis & Insight

  • Partner with Product Leads to analyse ad and site performance data, transforming insights into clear creative and UX recommendations.

  • Act as a client-facing spokesperson for UX and Design, presenting findings and actionable design solutions.
  • Proactively identify ways to enhance user journeys and boost client satisfaction.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Be the bridge between clients, creative, and product leads - ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time and with measurable impact.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams (creative, client services, strategy) to develop ideas that meet client KPIs.
  • Confidently present ideas and performance updates to internal stakeholders, clients, and occasionally in new business contexts.

Growth & Innovation

  • Develop case studies that showcase creative impact, supporting both organic client growth and new business.
  • Leverage insights from our AI products to inform future creative and media output.
  • Keep up to speed with new platform features, formats, and optimisation opportunities.
Your KPIs / Outputs
  • Delivery of client performance outcomes across paid social, ad optimisation, and UX/CRO.
  • Execution of test-and-learn and research roadmaps across platforms.
  • Delivery of creative concepts and optimisations on time and on brief.
  • Development of actionable insights that improve campaign and site performance. Contribution to client growth through creative performance and case studies.
