Associate Market Manager

Responsibilities- Consistently leverage market data from Expedient and local insights to identify and develop a high quality portfolio of hotel products for Expedia's global customers.
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing data insights and consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities on the Expedia marketplace).
- Ensure partner hotels' content, rates and availability are consistently optimized and competitive on Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.
- Secure additional inventory during high demand and compression periods to meet customer needs.
- Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within guidelines set by management to support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Promote and develop partner engagement with Expedia's full suite of tools: market insights reports, competitive data, revenue management tools (dynamic promotions, packages, fenced deals, mobile), marketing and merchandising opportunities, specialized brand opportunities (Hotwire, Media Solutions), self service tools (Partner Central), connectivity solutions (Quick Connect), and key support functions (Property Assistance).
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by leadership.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Ensure that Expedia's brands' global customers always find suitable hotels and that hotel partners can effectively reach global traveler demand throughout the year.
- Travel will be required for market visits.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within Account Management.
