Role OverviewThe Associate Manager, HR Technology will provide business/functional analyst expertise and operational support across key HR processes and platforms, shaping the evolution of the employee experience in Workday and working closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HRBPs, HR Operations and Employee Services to identify process improvement opportunities and develop clear business requirements.
- Contribute to the prioritized backlog and collaborate with IT Product Managers for solution design and delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate change, communications and training materials in line with process changes.
- Manage end user support for Workday, escalating technical issues to technology partners and using ticket trends to inform training and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end to end journey of demands from idea to operational delivery, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and global HRBPs and operations teams, translating operational demands into actionable plans.
- Stay informed of industry trends and thought leadership to influence roadmap planning and delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in HR, ideally focusing on Core HR processes/technology in a global environment.
- Hands on business support of Workday HCM and Security.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business demands into high quality requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
- Passion for HR issues, data analytics, and industry best practices related to people strategy and employee experience.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and support diverse leaders toward unified outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple projects delivered on time, meeting business requirements, and achieving high customer and team satisfaction.
- Experience partnering with IT teams for user acceptance testing before deployment.
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity in optimizing requirements and solving complex problems.
