About the job

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow projects with our customers. You will oversee and coordinate various program aspects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with client stakeholders to understand their current environment from process and technical perspectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, establishing positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Lead process design initiatives and translate requirements to the ServiceNow implementation team.
  • Plan and schedule meetings to gather business and functional requirements, providing best practice process and technical guidance.
  • Analyze business processes and propose innovative, scalable solutions to enhance operational maturity.
  • Conduct comprehensive client gap analyses on processes, integrations, and data, advising on future roadmaps.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients regarding work progress.
  • Review and approve business requirements to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and project teams to assess risks, impacts, priorities, and timelines.
  • Create process documentation following DXC best practices and deliver within agreed timeframes.
  • Utilize industry-standard implementation methodologies following best practices.
  • Meet all client and DXC deliverables on schedule.
  • Provide project updates, flag potential issues, and communicate risks that could impact deliverables.
  • Develop Service Management implementation and adoption strategies, focusing on organizational change management.
  • Advise on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and cultural adoption.
  • Assist in scoping new opportunities when requested.
  • Ensure all artifacts are consistent and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and update workshop materials accordingly.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow consulting and/or implementation experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
