Associate Lecturer ESOL

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic, strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. You will be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.

Salary - £32.13 - £36.29 per class contact hour

In addition to delivering highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across the face to face, full-time and part-time ESOL curriculum (E1 L2 Functional English), the post-holder must also be prepared to work off-site (hybrid) with some our local employers who also support their employees who have English as a second language

You may be asked to deliver up to two evenings per week and on a Saturday morning. This could be face to face, online or hybrid.

You will need to ensure that learning is relevant and accessible in real-world contexts.
