Associate Healthcare Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Senior ATO or Healthcare Science Associate to join our busy department for a twelve month fixed contract.

Cardiac Centre provides both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic services.

Main duties of the job

You would be expected to perform 12-lead ECGs and apply various ambulatory devices, including Lifecards and Novacor monitors. Ability to analyze data independently and experience in exercise testing or tilt table testing would be advantageous.

Job responsibilities

Person Specification Knowledge

• Ability to perform ECGs independently
• Experience fitting heart monitors
• Previous experience in Cardiology
• Competency Certificate in ECGs

Additional Requirements

• At least 12 months experience in a Cardiology department or similar setting
• Basic computer skills
