What you'll be doing: Working closely with the Head of Sector and Director, you'll help drive growth across the UK Government portfolio, support end to end financing for government linked clients and use your sector expertise to unlock new opportunities. You'll also contribute to managing key client relationships, support origination activity, client analysis and credit submissions, and help shape our approach to new to bank opportunities and RfP activity across the Territories. Alongside this, you'll stay close to market and regulatory developments, bringing a sharp understanding of risk, client needs and market dynamics to everything you do.We're transforming at pace. We're growing, and we'd love you to be part of the journey. 3 + years experience in a client-facing or coverage role, ideally with prior experience in the government sector. Proven track record in origination and execution, with experience responding to a range of public sector RfPs. Proficient in cash management and payments, with in-depth knowledge of lending and markets products. Strong operational banking knowledge, including reputational risk, client servicing, KYC, cross-border, and onboarding. Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, diligent and capable of managing multiple workstreams. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build, sustain, and nurture client relationships.We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds.
