Associate Director QS

Overview

Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy with 7 offices throughout the UK, with an extensive and varied list of clients they are passionate about the services they deliver and are committed to delivering the highest level of service, value, and innovation to their clients.

Due to an increase in their current workload they are looking for an Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their established and rapidly growing team in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, with the ability to run your own projects and work as part of a team on complex, fast-paced projects within the retail, residential, and commercial sectors.
• Take on an Account Management role for one of their key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring delivery of value.
• Mentor and develop more junior members of the team with support from the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Current Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience gained in a Consultancy or client-side position.
• Proven ability to manage or run own projects and work effectively in a team on complex projects.
