Associate Director Private Client

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected private practice with a strong and recognisable presence across Scotland. Known for their ambition, drive, and commitment to client service, this firm continues to grow-and they are now looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor at Associate Director level.

In this role, you will confidently manage a varied and high quality caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, and wider private client matters. STEP qualification is highly desirable, though support will be provided if you are working towards it. Strong knowledge of associated tax issues is also important.

You'll thrive here if you enjoy meaningful client contact, value autonomy, and are comfortable running matters independently. You'll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as the team continues to expand.
