A respected, employee-owned ecological consultancy in the South West is seeking an Associate Director - Ecology to join their thriving team.

This is your chance to:

• Lead complex ecological projects across private and public sectors.
• Mentor and support a talented team of ecologists.

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level ecological experience (EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, management plans).
• Strong communication skills with clients, planners, and regulators.
• CIEEM Membership (Chartered status is a plus).
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
