Role Overview

If you have a strong background in Marketing, Brand Management, or Consultancy at an experienced consultant level, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, managing relationships, expectations, and applying our solutions to solve complex challenges, then this is your opportunity to make a transformative impact. Join Kantar's Consulting team as an Associate Director, where you'll lead by example beyond project delivery. You'll inspire and develop your team, take full ownership of client relationships, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and new business within existing engagements. Additionally, you'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing our practice areas and solution offerings, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Role Requirements:

Aligned with Kantar's Success Factors Framework, Associate Directors are expected to demonstrate:

  • Own Commercial Success: Considered a partner and solution expert by clients. Understands the levers of profitability and has overall accountability for deliverying project recoverability.

Role Requirements (continued): As the successful role holder, you will have experience in brand marketing for a global brand or in a brand consulting organisation or related professional services. Experience with client, team and project management, shaping marketing consulting solutions including deliverables and scope. You will have a consistent track record of shaping and converting opportunities into new business within existing projects and client relationships.
