Associate Director - Development Infrastructure (Civil Engineering)

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Development Infrastructure (Civil Engineering) to help lead our established and high performing Development Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers working on development infrastructure projects.
• Play a key role in winning work and building long term client relationships.
• Maintain technical quality and commercial performance across a range of projects.
• Work closely with colleagues across AECOM's wider multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent) with experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong background delivering development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.
• Someone who enjoys building teams, supporting junior engineers, and taking ownership of work.
